If you would like to visit us to discuss your dental needs, please phone our receptionists; Carol or Gill, who will select a suitable time for you to visit. We will then send you a welcome pack with details of how to find us, and this will include some medical and dental history forms. It would be helpful if you could complete these before you come in order to save time. If you have any particular concerns that you want us to know about before your visit, please mention these to the receptionist when you book.
